Piracy, a Complex Issue

This is the website of discussion board that talks about the piracies and punishment of piracies :
http://www.bit-tech.net/news/2007/03/13/id_talks_piracy_at__GDC2007/

This website tells about the piracy is steal or not? The first person said that the piracy is stealing, and another person said that isn't theft. The first person means that it isn't the same as theft of stealing. Piracy is a copyright infringement. But the second person said
"because piracy isn't walking into a store and taking the software doesn't not make it theft, you're still using software you haven't paid for ! ! "

I think the first person is right, and the piracy is stealing. And the second person has a really big mistake : First, Their invent something maybe cost ten years, but he just copy and copy, cost only five minutes to do that. Second, the piracy steals the company's brand either.

The top of the red word of the second person's talking is really, really wrong, because the piracy is not really a theft, but it steals the company's INVENTION AND BRAND ! !
